Or ask about some real estate online, They must have some pretty good trackers/hackers on them too. One realtor that I know for fact I had never talked to called my wife and told her that he had been in contact with me about a property and was trying to fish her for information and sell her a line of BS.

Or have the same first name as your (late) dad who would have turned 65 this year....My phone has been ringing off the hook for the last year about medicare crap. The first call I got I explained the situation and the guy laughed and says "oh no, you are going to get a lot of calls".
