Found, Female German shepherd pup in Bismarck

Wife found her this morning.
Found, Female German shepherd, took her to the vet and is not chipped, Had no tags but did have a shock collar and regular collar. Found along north Washington and 57th street near Liberty elementary school This morning. Appears to be under a year old, very friendly, smart and house trained.

Nobody has stepped up yet, i have it on Bisman online and several FB pages and Bismarck PD has been notified and there has been several hundred shares on FB, Bismarck isn't that big hoping someone sees it today.
She is a super friendly puppy sucks up the love in between the puppy spasms lol. Overall someone has spent a lot of time with her already from what we are seeing, she catches on to commands after a couple times.
