Looking at getting a tool/storage box that fits across the pickup right behind the cab. Any preference on brand??? H of E here in GF has Delta. They looked fairly decent.

The chrome diamond plate is the way to go, never needs repainting and looks good on any truck.

I have one of these that I can't use. PM if you'd be interested.

If you get a toolbox, consider putting a spray on lining in the box. I've seen some pretty nasty rust form on the truck bed under the tool boxes. Moisture just sits under there are chews away. Good Luck!!

Dont buy a cheap one. I have a tractor supply cheepy on my work rig. I strongly dislike that thing. Thin aluminum i can manipulate with my hands.

I DO like the low profile toolboxes- can actually see out the back window.

Thanks I did get the spray in liner. The Delta I was looking at is black and looked so good I wonder if it was powder coated

I will check out Weatherguard.

I've got 2 Delta's and they are ok, the next one will be a better quality like a weather guard. My preference is the standard to lower profile with the 2 lids and the center drop. The center drop is really nice for a reference for backing up to the gooseneck trailer, silver diamond plate aluminum.
