I am not sure how they could do a field sobriety test on him after he hit his head like that. Damn he hit his head hard when he jumped. I was thinking/hoping that was the reason he was making such poor decisions. Maybe not though...

I am guessing the breathalyzer and/or blood test will tell the story.
