Yes. With all the states already with medical and recreational it's only a matter of time at this point. Washington D.C. has recreational for crying out loud

Absolutely it should be legalized and taxed.
The way the State of ND has handled the medicinal part is so darn screwed up it is even way worse than the deer application drawings!
It is like we would be the first State to implement this. For Pete's sake contact the other States and get their advice on the do's and don't of implementing it. To me they are dragging their feet and once again the people who really need this are still suffering!
If this would have been brought up by BIG Drug Companies this would have been done ages ago.
    Just my 2 cents.

we've pretty much fallen down a social crevasse - there's very little that is considered taboo - why not make this one socially acceptable too?

I mean... what's the worst that could happen?

True freedom is not the ability to do whatever one wants or as one pleases without restraint, rather, true freedom is the ability to what one ought to do.

Yes it's just getting stupid at this point. If nothing else it'll be fun to watch those old shriveled-up bastards in Bismarck twisting in the wind when they don't get a say in the matter.

It beats the hell out of prescribing opioids. MJ maybe isn’t good, but Rx pills Chinese tranquilizers are going to ruin us.

the opiate argument carries heavy weight with me. i have zero doubt that there would be substantially less opiate use if MJ was legal. and MJ is much preferred over opiates in my armchair doctors opinion.

No, it is unnecessary. If you need it for medicinal purposes, than go to the pharmacy and get it like every other medicine.
