So what kind of critter eats a fresh killed cottontail rabbit and then burys the fur, feet, and head under a pile of dead grass clippings? You can see the paw marks all around the pile where it piled the grass on top of the remains.

Back on the ranch the daughters favorite barn cat used to bring everything it caught to the back door alive and scream until we acknowledged it then she would take it back to the barnyard and kill it.
