Carey could use our help. I’m sure many of us on here have frequented his bait shop.

You can order these t shirts or the BNC bank in garrison has an account set up. There is a FB link but I don’t know how to get it on here. Maybe someone more tech savvy could help me out.

I can't seem to link to it either, but here is the post:

In November, Carey Gieser was taken to Jamestown Medical Center for pain he just couldn’t deal with anymore. After many tests, they found his appendix had ruptured. The very next morning he went into surgery to remove his appendix and clean up infection. During surgery, they found a mass that was sent to pathology, that report came back with cancer in the colon/appendix. Carey has done more testing and has seen multiple specialists and oncologists to discuss where the cancer is, type, and treatment options. As of now, Carey is not insured and the medical bills are piling up. The family is currently working on putting a benefit together on April 4, 2020.
As of now, we are selling t-shirts to defray medical costs. If you are interested in purchasing a shirt from this form, please contact: Krystal Freymark, Patrick Gieser, or Nicole Folden.
Checks and order forms can be sent to: Pat Gieser 4511 Chamberlain Drive, Bismarck, ND 58503
A benefit account has also been set up at any BNC National Bank branch under ‘Carey Gieser Benefit’.
We all appreciate the outpour of love you have given to our Dad!

V maybe give an address and account at BNC National Bank that will accept donations without paying for a shirt so all the money goes to Carey Gieser.

Great man, and never held back to where fish were biting at, unless tournament time..

Has any one set up a gofundme.com page for Carey?

Carey is in good spirits & he's been fishing; so that's good. He's just going through the steps before they come up with a game plan on his procedure coming up in the next mouth or so. There is a benefit planned for the month of April, so keep your ears out when that will be.

Thanks for the update Tiller. Carey has ALWAYS taken the time to help myself, family members and friends with boat motor issues,(when others just say bring it in, in 3 or 4 weeks) even if we do not get it taken in to him because he is busy. I hope nothing but the best for him.

What about an "informal" fishing tournament with all or a portion of the proceeds going to Carey's go fund me?

I thought of the exact same thing but not sure on how to go about planning it. I’ve never planned a tournament before.

Carey is going in for surgery the 5th of Feberaury. He is in good spirits & has good confidence in the doctors doing the procudure. He has the store open Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 7 - 5 for the rest of the winter.
