I have the most unbelievable fishing story ever. After work I drove to Sugar lake crappie fishing. I'm hole hopping and all if a sudden I hear extremely loud yelling " Oh my God, Oh my God, Oh my God, Holy s@#&! I look to my right and sticking out of an 8 inch hole is the head of this 50 plus inch Muskie! To find crappies, this guy was walking from hole to hole with his Vexilar fish locator and he has about 40 inches of cable down to get through the thick ice. The Muskie latched onto his transducer and when he pulled up on ihis vexi the Muskie didn't let go and came with! He grabbed the Muskie by the head and yanked it out onto the ice. I I saw it with my own eyes! Watch the attached video. 24 inch girth and 50 inches plus long.
