I have a half dozen or so of these. I will not use them. If you're in Bismarck, or going to be in Bismarck, you can have them. Feel free to bribe me with some Busch light.

how well do these things work? I really want to start playing the salmon game but riggers are not even close to in budget. I have been looking at dips divers for awhile but dont know anyone that runs them

When I got the boat it was in a big box of goodies. Downrigger, cast nets, couple gallons quick silver oil, and these divers. I've never run them.

Well fish, they're not going anywhere as of now. So if you make it down, give me a heads up. May have to send a few fish back with you to drop off at MSA's. I don't know why I can't make it to Minot.

Dipsys are fun. I use them on lake michigan with flashers. I have some walleye size dipsys and use them rarely. They are nice to have in the tackle box though if the fish are too deep for the Lures to reach them.

do they require a special rod? my crank rods are 8 foot Med/Heavy Cabelas Interflows. I think they would be up for the task but would hate to see one snap because I ran the wrong gear
