Perfect Breakfast sandwich eggs

Well its not a recipe but a friend of my Mom's told me to use a mason jar lid to make a perfect egg for a breakfast sandwich. Here's the result. I was impressed.

I have four different styles of rings. from metal to a silicone type product. even have square ones for an egg sandwhich opposed to a muffin style. they work awesome

Could have used that today for making a sandwich. Turned out okay though.

I like sandwiches.

giant sandwiches, like the size of a pizza. Pick up a round loaf of miscellaneous bread, couple cheeses, couple meats, bake it in the over open-faced. Then eat giant sandwich for the next couple days.

now that I've been provided the jar lid method of egg cookery, I must expand it to giant sandwich proportions. I'm thinking a 10" iron skilled with 8-10 eggs should be just right.
