Live from the stand

Well, I got antsy for my first sit in the tree stand this year and got out a bit early. So now I sit here, sweating, bored, and trying to just take in the outdoors. Hopefully there's some movement tonight because the wind couldn't be more perfect. Hope to let an arrow fly.

I tried that last night seen a doe and fawn. Then the yote started howling and that was the end of any deer moving around.

I'd get away with that like a fart in church. Plus, my mild form of ADHD requires constant stimulation. Hence all the time consuming hobbies.

It is. So, 30$ worth of meat is fulfilled. $60 to go. Was a fun night. Especially since I was in the stand by 5 and home by 8 with a deer in the box. I really need to reset my pins as I have a 20.30.50.60.70. Doe was at 36 and I hit her pretty high. Things didn't look good after the shot but I heard a big crash not far from me and there she laid. Fun night for sure. Now my wife isn't the only one to have killed a deer with a bow. Not mentioning the fact that hers was a full velvet, 145" buck. On her second time in a stand none the less.

Same here. Any idea what to do with a doe skin thus time of year? Tagged this girl tonight. 1 more doe and then looking for an antlered critter
