MARCH 4[SUP]TH[/SUP], 2015, Fargo ND - Bill’s Gun Shop and Range based out of the Minneapolis area is pleased to announce the development and soon to be opened Bill’s Gun & Range in Fargo North Dakota. The location at 12[SUP]th[/SUP]Avenue North and I-29 will be very visible to the general public and allows great access for customers. Bill’s will offer a state of the art shooting facility, fully stocked Gun shop, training, Gunsmithing and much more.
It is estimated that the structure will be approximately 20,000 sq. ft. in size. John Monson, owner of Bill’s Gun Shop & Range was quoted as saying “we are very excited about a new facility in Fargo ND. We have been contemplating Fargo for many years and we now have the opportunity to grow and develop our brand in a great town”. Our goal is to open the doors by October 1[SUP]st[/SUP], 2015.
John went on to estimate that Bill’s will be hiring 7 full time employees and 5 part time employees once open. The facility should also generate an estimated $40,000-$60,000 per year in new property taxes for the City of Fargo.
Bill’s Gun Shop & Range currently has three Twin Cities metro locations in Robbinsdale, MN; Circle Pines, MN and Hudson, WI. All three locations have received the coveted 5 STAR rating from the National Shooter Sport Federation (NSSF). In 2011 Bill’s Gun Shop & Range in Robbinsdale was named the Range of the Year by the NSSF, representing the best range, public or private, indoor or outdoor, in the United States. Bill’s is recognized as one of the largest, if not the largest, gun range and accessory chains in the Midwest.
