Pork, Taters and Brussels

[FONT=&quot]Bacon wrapped pork fillets, twice baked potatoes topped with bacon pieces and brussels sprouts cooked indirect around the Vortex on the BGE.

Towards the end of the cook the pork fillets were sauced and the potatoes and brussel sprouts were topped with a shredded Italian 4 cheese blend.

There is not, but I see what your seeing in the picture... there is some butter and a few shakes of garlic salt, but no cream or milk!

I think one of those fillets is enough for your daily consumption of protein. Toss the other my way!!

They are miniature cast irons pans, they are a great size for fitting on the grills!
