Ready when you are. However, you'll need to shoot a deer first, which for you is quite a challenge in itself. (Grin)

Mossy do u have a country sausage flavor?

We are currently working on it. Did some more testing over the weekend and hope to have something soon to bring onto the site. I will keep you posted on the progress.

I just made a batch of maple jalapeño and thought it tasted pretty good and everyone who tried it liked it so far, not as spicy as I thought it would be. I used ground goose meat and had to had some hamburger to it to make it to 5 lbs. I messed up and should have ground the hamburger down again so it's alittle coarser than I like. I didn't add any smoke to it just dehydrated it. Also made original, sweet and spicy, and prime rib this go around. I really liked the original, the sweet and spicy was good but alittle bland for me, next time I'll mix it alittle on the heavy side on the spices. The prime rib is a good all around flavor of jerky with no complaints. Going to try to stick a deer so I can finish the next 6 spice packs or actually chase some honkers around.

Made the bacon last year 50% deer 50% pork butt added some extra black pepper but this seasoning is very good
