Game and fish authorities are searching for the person who illegally killed a giant mule deer on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation last weekend.
The investigation is spearheaded by the Three Affiliated Tribes Fish and Wildlife department, but North Dakota Game and Fish Department enforcement chief Bob Timian confirmed the deer was taken on the reservation.

How would the persecution work here? Is this a State issue(fines, pentalties, etc) or a Reservation issue?
I've never hunted on the Res before, so I am wondering how the laws work.

There's a name I didn't miss. The syndicated "America In the Morning" welcomed him back to Fargo last week or so. Thrilling. About the deer; that's beyond moronic waste. Like McFeelings.
