I picked up this lure at a silent auction in Fargo a while back and curious if anyone here knows anything about the maker or what exactly I have. I haven't had any luck finding anything online.

Looks like there is a name painted on the bottom.

Have you tried it out yet?

I would check with the sportsmans show in fargo. There has been an antique fishing lure guy there the last few times I've attended. I found out from him that my neighbor had thrown away about a 100k worth of old tackle her late husband had after he passed. All I had to do was describe the lures and he about started to cry. Those guys might be able to give you a complete dissertation on that lure. Which is way funky and cool IMO. Good Luck!!!

Yeah, very cool lure. I would not put it in the water, unless you are able to buy 5 more first. Just in case.

If you're interested in selling it, I have a 30 feet of purple rope, and some onions I'd trade ya. I'd throw in some not-so-old coveralls too.
