[FONT=&quot]Recently Chef Jed T. from France qualified to attend the World Food Championships in [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Kissimmee, [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Florida. A big thanks and congrats to Chef Jed from Owens BBQ for choosing Tatonka Dust seasoning for his entry in the steak category with a [/FONT][FONT=&quot]New York strip steaks, hot and fast seared on a cast iron griddle over a Weber chimney for a 10th place win at the World Food Championships!

If it wasn't rock hard he probably could have taken first jk I love the stuff even if I have to chisel onto my steaks!

I use Tatonka on most of my beef roasts as well as pan-fried burger or pan-seared steaks. I don't use it near as much on my grill-cooked food as I like using liquid soy sauce and/or worcestershire. Overall this spice kicks major ass!!!!
