Jalepeno corn

Seen something similar to this on tv so gave it a try. If you like spicy food you might like this.

Just fried up the venison bacon, diced it up, added Jalepenos and Corn.
Seasoned it with season salt, crushed red pepper, garlic, and a little cayenne.

Definetely something I'll do again.

I do something similar except I add cream cheese and a mac and cheese powder packet and some milk and cook in a crock pot

My wife does something more similar to your recipe, but she uses
Velveeta in place of the mac n cheese and does it in the crockpot.

This one is more of a fried corn.

I used can, but would think the frozen would be better.

I fry the corn and jalapeños first in the bacon grease to firm them up and put some flavor in the corn, my mom does the Velveeta thing too, personally I like the powder better.
