Lake Metigoshe

Has anyone been ice fishing on Metigoshe yet this year. Just wondering how the ice is with the warmer weather. I've never ice fished it and was thinks of giving it a try. Thanks

My father in law's buddies have been out up there. Walleye here n there.

Ice was 6+" last i heard

FYI this is a weather web site that my next door neighbor has set up at Metigoshe. He has a webcam that looks out at the lake. For those that know Metigoshe, we are on the north east end of the South Lake and look towards the south. Twin Oaks Resort is in the middle of the webcam pic at the top of the pic.

If you click on the pic you get a larger pic and then can click on links below the pic that give you a video of the previous 24 hours. The webcam has been down for several weeks, so the video function doesn't work today.
