So, I got a smoke hollow 26 inch for $70 on black friday. It only came with 2 racks. I was looking at getting another 11 since there are enough holes to have 13. Figure I can quit making jerky in the oven. I have a huge freezer/fridge smoker. But, it sits in the barn and only gets used for big stuff. Anyway, if I am gonna get racks, I figured they might as well be the smaller jerky screen types like this one. 20151213_204558.jpg

But I can't find the right size. Any ideas for something I can cut to fit. Size is about 10 x 12 each. Frog mats come to mind. But, I've never used them. Are they rigid or are the flexible? Thanks in advance.

I just went and found old oven rack and cut to size and covered with wire mesh. Works well.

Frog mats are flexible and need to sit on top of something to hold form, I use them when making jerky, they clean up pretty nice and easy.

I just went to Menards and bought a roll of 1/4 by 1/4 wire mesh. It cost me maybe 10$. Have been using it for about 10 years with no issues.
