Guys is there any place to get on the rivers in Minot where I could catch a walleye?

Anywhere by a coffer dam I would guess. Just not sure I am brave enough to step on the ice.

I would agree about the ice give it another 2 week's and they should be open enough to cast from shore.

They just recently slowed or stopped releases from Lake Darling. I noticed the water dropped and the ice caved in along a majority of the river between Minot and Burlington, I would recommend not being on the river!

I would echo everyone else, the river is just too inconsistent right now. You can find fish on Darling. I would still would recommend being cautious, but that might be your best bet.

Honestly...I would just wait til ice thaws and water is being released...Some of the Best walleye fishing you can get into during this time.
