Vortex is hot and ready!

A couple of Tatonka Dust seasoned chuck eye steaks and shrimp with Mango preserves in cast iron cooking.

Chuck eye steaks getting a good sear while the shrimp and garlic toast cooks indirect.

Although I DID think that you were a lump charcoal only guy like myself....

Ha! With a Weber kettle I use either lump or briquettes, lump puts out more BTU's and is easier to light but if I want longevity I go with briquettes. With a BGE I go lump only. This is the story I am sticking to anyways... :;:cheers
