Any one ever use a FFL in Bismarck to have lowers shipped to? If so what we're there fees?

If not in bismarck anybody close? Is Isbell guns still around?

Shooters on Expressway, Jays Pawn on Airport road. Can't remember cost. I know it's $20 for one firearm, usually a nice discount for multiple receivers on the same form.
