I appreciate fish recipes, however I've never had enough in my freezer to warrant varying from frying or baking.

But I'll definitely keep this in my back pocket, just in case I start gill netting or something.

Sounds like a solid meal. I usually use shrimp for Alfredo but walleye might sneak into the next batch. Have made a walleye pot pie before too that turned out awesome.

We also add broccoli to the alfredo sometimes. Our walleye consumption has been almost strictly Shorelunch/Deep Fried or Tin Foil on the grill with butter, lemon and onion. This is one of those change of pace recipes - that is easy and healthy!

Only healthy part is the walleye and the garlic - if you stay away from the garlic salt. Alfredo sauce is cream and cheese with butter and flour. Good, but not healthy. :)

Healthier than the deep fried method is what I was going for. We have tried using fat free alfredo sauce...can't tell ya how much that stuff sucks.

No idea. They're a health food company. It just OK. You need to simmer and add some cornstarch because its to runny for pasta sauce. I prefer something that that is fully of butter and cream.
