We found what looks like a black and white GSP in NE Bismarck. Male 2 collars but no tags.

Apparently someone was driving around the night before looking for there dog. Hoping they had a description and contact info the dog was turned over to animal control.

For some reason I feel guilty calling them, but hopefully the dog has been reunited with its owner.
