Smoked some veggies first

Added some broth to the veggies and smoked the roast for an hour

Moved the roast onto a rack and finished that off

Mother in law made some tremendous potatoes.

Didn't get a picture, but also smoked some corn on the cob with a bacon butter recipe from the Traeger book.

Looks great! What kind of thermometers do you use?

Two probes that came with the grill. Can get a digital readout on each individually. Not sure how accurate they are. Planning to get one of the instant ones from Owens BBQ.
