Saw this guy in the Hogue Island area along the Missouri River North of Bismarck 2 summers ago. Pic was taken from the pontoon and it was perfect timing as I spotted him in this opening with the moon over him.

From the boat???? Does standing in water count? Sabino Canyon, south side of mt Lemon, Arizona. Water is dyed amber from oak leaves.

From in the water on the water in the boat or on shore by the boat will all work lets just keep it boating related in this thread.

Here is another guy from just west of Sakakawea state park pic was taken while on the move from the pontoon, there were actually 2 that popped out of a small brush patch the first shot over the bank and didn't wait around, I did a quick Kai aye and this guy stopped in his tracks for a few seconds enough to get a good pic.

I don't think I need to remind anyone of what was going on here, we were floating right by the no-go zone bouy and then later on after we docked the boat took some pics from the other side of the dam.

First pic is neat as I had to get a shot of the down stream hills through the spill gate opening.

Fishing the shoots in a 16' while still releasing 73,000 cfs I believe, one of 2 boats in the shoots looking back at 100+ in the honey hole, great times and fishing was even better, kinda spoiled a guy
