Hanging trail cameras

When do you guys/gals start putting your trail cameras up? Is it to early to do it in the next week or two?

I finally broke down last year and bought a couple. I put them out about 2 weeks ago.

I put a few of mine out the first week of May. I really enjoy being able to watch the antlers grow from start to finish.

If you like burning up batteries without any relevance of patterns yet as the crops will change everything in about a month. I wait until they can bed in the worthless corn before I start putting cameras out and leaving scent everywhere, best thing you can do is check them with a tractor, the deer don't like the activity in thier zones but kind of tolerate the diesel noise.

I run mine all summer for inventory... and it's fun to get pictures (check them every other month)
