Night vision, electronically enhanced light gathering optics and thermal imaging equipment can be used during the portion of the red fox, gray fox and coyote seasons that is open to night hunting (Nov. 21 – March 15). Spotlights or any other artificial lights are still prohibited.

I now see that they cleverly put the legal usage of the NV the day after the close of deer season. I guess that would make it illegal to have during deer season.

This is a GOOD thing and will take out quite a few more dogs than before. Now I'll be able to take down the ones that slink around my house that I can't set traps or snares for due to neighbor dogs. The game populations will appreciate it.
