Is there any way to get a boat on to lake Irvine by Devils Lake? The north access I used last year was dry last time i checked. I run a 16 ft. tiller so I dont like running for miles. Can you cross the bottom of Alice below the refuge line? Thanks for any help

we had to carry the boat to put it in there this spring... it's a good thing i love to fish or i would have quit fishing that day
