Coffee and bailies (spelling) always good when it's a little chilly when on the ice.

My vittles variety stays fairly consistent all year round, I grill more in the winter than summer as I am home more often in the winter.
I drink fewer ciders in the winter and trend towards more spirits instead.

Definitely more meals of fish through the winter months......and hopefully many meals with varieties of moose meat!

I usually make stews, soup, chili, spaghetti, roasts, and this fall a lot of it is going to be elk.

I have an any antlered deer tag the end of the month so I'm hoping to add a little more meat to the freezer. ;)

Wifey made some stuffed pepper soup last night. I pretty much knew I wouldn't like it, but...

Oh wow, was I wrong. Was delicious.

Chili, all kinds of wild game prepared many different ways, various smoked goods, homemade chicken (or pheasant) noodle soup, sausage knephla and kraut, and more... I'm hungry now reading all of these posts!
