Any load your rifle shoots well will kill coyotes out of a 243. Some considerations might help you decide what bullet to start with, like do you plan to keep pelts, what distance will you be shooting and what type of rifle will you use.

all speedy little .243 rounds. i've used a few boxes of the 55 grain silvertips that i think are pushing 4000 fps. i've also used the 75 grain v-max below and if memory serves, they slip the wind much better than those light silvertips. i am a poor judge on what they do to fur though as i have only shot a handful of dogs with my .243 and there were too many variables to give you an honest opinion.

Loaded 243 for my stepson, used regular 90 grain boat tails and 4350 for powder. He was a little on the cheap side or I should say his wife was. He had a Rem 600 Mohawk and it shot that load real well so he used it for everything, fox, yote and deer, but I think he had to learn to sew a little. Guns are like a woman, you have to play with it until you find that G-spot then your good to go. I take it that you reload so play with it, you will find what works for you. Back in the mid 70's I used a 22-250 for fox and I loaded down to like 3000 ft per sec with a 55 grain blunt nose steel jacket. 4895 powder and it would leave a pencil hole in and out if you didn't hit a lot of bone and it fit my rifle well even out to 300 to 400 yards. You just learned what it would do if you shot it enough.

I dont reload either and that 75 grain vmax would be my first choice too. Ive only shot 2 or 3 boxes. 1 at the range and another box or more at varmints. I was very impressed at the range.

Not where I'd like to be
It's hard to beat H-4350 for the 243. I shoot 87gr vmax loaded pretty hot at 44.0 grains. I get damn near 3100 fps out of my 20 in AR-10.
They don't do the tail-spin dance when you hit them with that. Just straight down.
