2 kinds of breakfast meat and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Veggies, and 2 dairy products. Sounds healthy to me.

Yes it did.............I smoked it for an hour, then turned the heat up to about 225. In around three hours two probes showed between 165 and 170. I wrapped it in foil and a towel then put it in a cooler and took out to my daughters place. It was close to two hours later when we ate. It was about perfect...........still plenty warm but yet the cheese didn't run out when I sliced it.

This one was done on a Traeger. I did one on my propane smoker a couple years ago that was not much different.

Very happy with how it tasted.

That looks damn good. I'm just jealous that you still have tatonka dust! I've been out for awhile and now that grilling seasoning is back in full swing I'm going through withdrawals.
