Cheap fishin

OK, not to knock you guys with the multi million dollar sparkle boats, more power to you, but I have a 95 spectrum 18 foot with a 120 hp merc, one fish finder, and A couple of Flueger rods and reels, and I drag a ton of bottom bouncers with spinners and catch fish like a house afire. Hammered brass or Chartreuse and I'm good to go. Can I afford more? Yep. Do I need more?. Nope.

I should've added, I have a 7.5 kicker. Yep 7.5. Not a 9.9. and its a tiller unless when I hook up the steering rod, which (V) i seldom do

To be honest I caught way more fish in 14 foot starcraft with a 15 horse evinrude and a flasher depth finder when I was in my 20's then I did with my big boat, 3 motors and 2 fish finder graphs over the past 20 years combined. A guy spends way to much time fucking around with shit now days then actually fishing! One of the reasons I down sized a year ago and getting back to actual fishing again.

I grew up on a pontoon. I've caught more walleye on that boat from 1977-2007 than most will ever catch in their lives.

Funny you mention it, one of my favorite rods I own is a lightning rod I got fishing in the governor's cup when I was 17.... I'm 37 now
