Fishing that good almost makes a guy not mind the wind!

Almost all teams but just a handfull got their 5 fish. I think there were like 4 people that didn't. Biggest fish on day 1 was 9.something i believe. Today was cancelled. Many people pissed lol.

So for a guy planning to fish on Sunday around New Town, does he fish on the Arm side or head west of New Town to the river side? Bite seems to be going in both places. Given the day 2 move to Sunday, maybe less of a crowd on the river side?

I'd say Antelope flats is good for a limit. Another thing you could do is just unload over at Parshall and slide around away from the boats.

You'd probably do just fine in either spot. Sounds like it is really good west of New Town. I'd say go wherever you've fished the most and are most confident.

Antelope is good, shoreline north of Sanish towards Little Knife good, basically anywhere seems to be holding willing fish.

Thanks for the info guys. I know both areas equally well so toss up... Never been to either:D. Might stick to Garrison or Douglas but seems wise to just drive a bit further.

As the wind dies down this evening I would not troll cranks in the mudline, and if I did, I would definitely not use deep little rippers in Emerald Shiner, Purple Demon or Hot Tiger. And I would stay away from 6 to 13 feet of water. Just sayin'...
