I have a Czech American Model 452-2E ZKM. It has a short (20") semi heavy barrel. Any way I just upgraded my scope and plan on going to the range.

Have any of you tested the accuracy of your rifle? If so what ammunition have you found the most accurate in your rifle???

I will let you know what mine likes. THX.

I have a savage bull barrel. I've mainly shot the 17gr Hornadys. I think I tried the 20gr when I first bought it and the wernt as accurate. A buddy and I took our kids out and smoked a few prairie dogs with them a couple weeks ago. They are defiantly as accurate as the shooter being them.

I have the Marlin bull barrel. Starting off I tried a few different loads. when it came down to it, Winchester 17 gr HV works the best, which makes no sense because the load data is identical to Hornady. Just find what it likes to shoot and then do it often.

Our Savage bull barrel also likes the Hornandy 17 grain V Max. Very accurate. Dime groups are not a challenge. Taken prairie dogs out to 200 yards. Wind is the only issue we have to deal with when shooting the 17.

This. It's hard to beat the 17grain Hornadys.
