well as long as we are in a pissing match on which lake is better my Lake Ashtabula has something neither of yours do that I bet will keep some guides away not counting the bulleyes!
Part of the field was harvested so Im sure it may have been somewhat of a gray area situation but certainly didnt help with my opinion on guides....
i wonder if he knew the field was burnt and considered baited.. surely a guide would never set up on that would they..... or try to storng arm someone to get off "their birds"......
And fuck it felt good
Guides=expensive prostitutes without getting to crank your shaft. Reminds me of the time one of blanchfields guides wandered off his reservation chasing juvies one spring. They even set up in an unharvested burnt durum field. Windy day, we undercut the flight in a canola field and 2 of us proceeded to shoot 109 birds while the guide and clients watched with peckers in hand..... yep Eric that was me in that canola field that crushed “your” birds heading to that “baited” field you set up in.
haha its guys fault and mine haha. i made a comment about DL guides raping sak--poor choice of verbage sorry.. then he asked me really and i provided him proof.... sorry to derail this report very very badly and the waves are in fact bigger on sak……..
it’s the NDA way.... and I prefer it
Don't read into the title to much. I luv going to Sak and the lake is beautiful. How did this turn to guides
and honestly the only reason I saw it was there post came across facebook, along with a post from some of the "local" guides ( I cant remember who even posted it but leibels name was on it, lattendresse, folden etc basically saying hire local if you want a trip from sak so its obviously getting their attention as well.
Ha ha, they do the same shit when the perch fishing is non existent on DL. Go ice fishing at Antelope when the bite is hot there and on any given day you can count 10 to 15 guide rigs from DL there.

uff da i touched a nerve...i think it is funny how DL guide service brick and mortar shop i assume maybe im wrong is offering guided fishing trips on sak. funny thats all. if read my poast yeah i get it its all about the bottom line . I guess the raping comment comes from there last 2-3 facebook posts are about sak not DL cleary wanting everyone to know they guide on sak...if there doing what you say there doing would they advertise via facebook or just take repeat customers out......seems to me there taping into the honey hole which again I don't care. as far as DL and being tough I don't know and personally don't care but if the fishing was HOTT would they really be driving 100+ miles, paying gas, lodging, meals etc....yeah I don't think so its all about the bottom line
and awaaaay we go (Gleason voice)

Plenty of fish being caught right now. The trips that were guided out there were booked a year in advance with clients that have been coming to Devils Lake for 10+ years and wanted to try Sak. If you think a guide is raping the hook I think youre better off blaming the hundreds of boats out there every day.

*easier (guiding seems like a GRIND to me)
I’d probably chase easy money too

also some loose reports from guides from SD/oahe making there way up this is all from facebook so the credibility may not be there
