Cats Incredible is going on in East Grand Forks this weekend. The bite appears to have improved significantly since last weekend. Stop on down and see some of the guys and say hi. Weigh in today is 3ish until finished and awards will be about 6.

Stopped today and checked out the Hendrum access.
    Dismally low!
Walked out on a sold sheet of clamshells until I was almost dead center of the river.

All over. The water is falling so fast they can't get off the rocks fast enough and they die.

I'm in Williston area so fish Sak. but if I was there I would really target cats. Not a lot a places where you have a decent shot at a 20 lber but on the Red you do. Great fighting fish!!!!!!!!!
    Love the reports.

FYI- Huge rains in MN have the Drayton stretch up about 4 feet and very dirty with large debris moving fast.

i certainly appreciate your reports/posts. i lived there for 8 long years and fished it from shore and out of a canoe with outriggers and a trolling motor. then continued to go back a few times a year in an actual boat. kids and life have gotten in the way and i haven't been back now in at least 2 or maybe 3 years. sold the boats. so, i am living vicariously through your posts. keep it up. thanks.

Negative, I put them back asap. It is actually illegal to tag fish without permit in ND and MN
