The Rams just traded for the number 1 pick. They are in serious need of a QB. So what do you all think? Did Wentz just get saved from being a Brown?

LA sports market is as bad as New York. The kid will be under a microscope let alone after being the #1 pick. I hope he's ready for it.

but I still think there's a chance they could take Goff

Wow! I hope he goes to the Rams and avoids the Browns QB graveyard....

This is great for Carson! The Rams would become my 2nd favorite team... behind the Vikes, of course!

I think the LA would be a tough team to be successful with a rookie QB. But its better than being with the Browns. That's where careers go to die.

The key with LA will be having a good O line. IF not, then any QB is screwed.

I don't know if it will be good for him. The Rams on paper look great every year. The sometimes even start off good but then shit goes down hill. Plus then he has to face AZ and Seatle twice a year. On a plus with that move if LA falls on its face again I'm sure Jeff Fisher will get fired and then they might have a chance!

99% chance Wentz will be going #1. They would not have had to trade up that high to get Goff. They knew they had to get ahead of Cleveland to get Wentz. It will be a lot of pressure in the LA market, but hope for the best for the kid. Even as a Sioux fan you can't not route for the hometown boy.

He'll make a lot of $$, but I hope he can handle the culture shock of having a camera in your face 24/7. Rams have some good young talent from all the No. 1 picks they got in the RG3 trade, and they have the best young RB in the league. Could be a good situation if he can handle the atmosphere.

I would be happy to see him to go the rams. How many pucks did they give up for that #1 spot.

It'll be a lot pressure on whomever the Rams choose, hell they traded away the next few years to move up. I wish Carson the best if he does go there, every thing he does will be under the microscope and highly criticized. On the bright side, signing bonus and contract of the #1 pick should be enough to set him up for close to life even if he busts.

The Rams have been putting together a pretty good roster. There going to get their QB but lost a lot of draft picks in the process. Wentz will have a couple years with a stacked roster but once they have to start paying everybody the start leaving and won't have the young talent to fill in.

rams lost reciever and a bunch of defensive guys this year to free agency. Other than todd gurley they dont have much

The rams have a good defense and a great running back, so I think that would help a rookie QB. I like Fisher as a coach. I think his focus is more on the defensive side, though.

I think a lot of teams were trying to trade with Cleveland. The owner of the Eagles was in Fargo a couple weeks ago and took
Wentz to Dinner. I thought they would trade up to get him, but apparently the Rams offer was better.

My 5 yr old daughter said last year when they played the Vikes that their running back would probably be better if his last name was manley rather than gurley. I couldn't argue.
