This passed the other day. Now no more than half a unit’s pronghorn tags can go to gratis. Landowners will still likely draw every other year. Seems pretty fair.

I like the bill. I am so fed up with landowner's of ND trying to hold us ransom for a place to hunt. Now re work the deer gratis system as well.

There really isn't much a landowner can do to help out the antelope population, unless they are providing water holes/dugouts for them and removing fences that impede their access to migrate during heavy snow Winters.
