Smoked shotgun shells. Made these with pork sausage.

There are a lot of recipes. I look at them and then decide what I want to use or not use or add things together from different recipes or just do my own thing.

Smoked a meatloaf today for tomorrow. Like to cool it down, slice it 0.75-1" thick, then sear both sides in some butter.

Like to use a couple pounds of burger with about 3/4 pound of ground bacon. Salt, pepper, onion, garlic, whatever other spices sound good, eggs, bread crumbs, dump in some bloody mary mix if I have it...

I substituted the hot sauce with Kinders Japanese BBQ sauce. I loves me some Japanese BBQ sauce
