Yep, the last three were of a venison blade roast (front shoulder)

Hubs suggested rope lights but i didn't want to deal with the sheer amount of spiders that would take over But we had 30+mph winds last night and it went great. I didn't want it too enclosed to allow the smoke to flow out.
