If you meant the shellcrackers and gobies, I'd speculate the bream would switch diets and the gobies would predominately become forage; maybe switching to crayfish. Again, I'm thinking a few sterile paddle fish to filter out larvae...Once these clean a lake of its ickiness what do they feed on? Wouldn't the Zebras then clear themselves out?
