    Holding a fish by its gills.

    Technically, by sticking your fingers in under their gill plate AND/OR holding them vertical you could potentially be harming a fish, especially if you plan to release said fish. If they are headed to the cleaning table, then it's not a big deal.

    Ruger Explorer? .177 spring piston rifle, break barrel. I saw one a few weeks ago and held it. Nice size, and weight, but seems like if taken care of it could last for a while. Not really sure how it might fit though, I think it was just over 3 feet long.

    Deer are NOT color blind, they actually have similar eyesight to humans, but they do see better in low light. They see in slightly different wavelengths but they do see color.
