    My local rural telephone company is getting out of the wireless internet business and I'm too damned far from any optic fiber. This leaves me two choices. Hughes or Viasat satellite. Anybody have any thoughts? I mean helpful thoughts. I know you all have other thoughts.

    Pickled Smelt?

    Running low on pickled fish. Got a few pike in the freezer but also have a ton of smelt. Anyone here ever pickle smelt? Too Oily? I would imagine I would have to remove head,fins, guts, maybe skin?

    Just came from the confluence area and as about an hour ago, 110 fish had been weighed with 105 the biggest. Saw several in the 70 -80# range. Camping spots are tight and few. V, this should probably be in the fishing reports and you can move it. I tried posting a couple of reports last week...

    OK, not to knock you guys with the multi million dollar sparkle boats, more power to you, but I have a 95 spectrum 18 foot with a 120 hp merc, one fish finder, and A couple of Flueger rods and reels, and I drag a ton of bottom bouncers with spinners and catch fish like a house afire.
