Cattail Bay Boat Ramp

Curious what the boat access is like at Cattail Bay. My Navionics app shows it is pretty shallow, but of course that all depends on river/lake level.

its like 6-7' deep off the back of the ramp. I never hit shallow water from the ramp to outside of winona island.

I just know I see a lot of people use it every day. I've heard the gravel road sucks and some would rather use beaver Bay and drive the water down, but IDK, I live on the west side.

The gravel road does suck. Probably easier most times to use Beaver or Langeliers depending on where you want to fish.

I always put in at Beaver, there are several places to check on the way down and back to Beaver, or start in the bay or finish off the day if the wind stats to pick up
