The muddin minute helped me out alot. Went for a stroll in my kayak last night and found a small eddy real close to the house, which lead to a couple crappie and a perch. Can't wait to explore even more!

Was out on the Missouri yesterday. Now it may not be the sheyene but all terms seemed to describe some stuff I was seeing. Especially since no wind yesterday I was starting to look at the river differently. Thanks again KDM

Awesome!! Thanks Achucker and BRK! The concepts I'm trying to describe can be found on every river everywhere. Current seams, confused water, and those smooth water flats following confused water hold fish regardless of the size of the river or geographic location. I've even used these concepts for ocean tides. Just about anywhere there is current or moving water, these ideas will apply. Glad you guys are starting to "Read" the river. Hope it helps you put some more fish on the fillet table. Tight Lines!!!
