Here's why you need to occasionally clean your supressor.

1.27 ounces may not sound like much, but considering it's roughly 6% of the total weight, I'd say it was time to clean.
I should keep better track, but I would guess roughly between 800 and 1000 rounds since last cleaning. Mostly H4350, with some H1000 and Varget mixed in.

My POI changes every time I take my suppressor off and put it back on. Last time I shot it was hitting 2 inches low and to the right about an inch at 100 yards. I'm shooting a DPMS Oracle in 223/5.56 with an AAC M4-2000 suppressor.

Harmonics and increase barrel weight change point of impact. I have seen up to a foot down to a few inches of impact change at 100yd. Indexing your barrel and suppressor so it is tightened to same spot every time. Don't worry about cleaning often a 1000 rds is more than enough. You can use mineral spirits or throw it in Sonic cleaner with some simple green and water for a few hrs.

As Wildyote said, varying degrees of tighness can change the harmonics and POI. A little mark with a sharpie where the barrel meets the suppressor can help to get it back in the same place every time.
Suppressed vs unsuppressed, a couple of inches in any direction at 100 yards is normal. Anything more than that, and you may have an alignment problem.

I think the most important advice to be given about suppressor use is build your load while using your can and make sure you zero it with the can. I have 6 rifles I only shoot with my suppressor.

All three of my guns have always shot about 5 inches left at 100 yards with the can on. I have a 30 cal YHM. Talked to Mandan Sporting Goods when I first tried it and they said it wasn't abnormal to see this POI change. Have shot a couple thousand rounds over 5-6 years since it was new and haven't notices any issues. I use it on my AR, and Rem 700 in 25-06 and 22-250. I also have never cleaned it as they told me it doesn't need it. I don't believe it even comes apart. You guys have me wondering now.

If you know what it's supposed to weigh, you can weigh it now and check the difference. An ounce or two doesn't hurt anything, but at some point the extra money you paid for a nice light weight TI can is wasted and the internal volume may shrink enough that it doesn't supresss as well.

My Varminter 2.0 doesn't come apart either. First I beat it (gently) against something padded but hard, like carpet over concrete, and knock some chunks out. Then I plug one end and fill it with CLR and let it soak overnight. Dump out, rinse and repeat.
