I like my Cub Cadet Zero turn with a steering wheel, no levers. keeps one arm free for drinking beverages while mowing- Miller lite for this guy, or vodka /sprite on those hot days

Weird that you know what many gay men drink at bars? There for you must frequently “stop” by for a drink at a gay bars. Hmmm??

This is an impressive amount of hate for a mower thread...

- - - Updated - - -

That z540 is the one I got last spring. Love it. Was about 5k though
Was that the z540M or z540R trim package? The R is supposed to be top of the line package. They want about 6,000 for it.

Whats odd is that the z535R is the same mower as the z540R, but with a Briggs and Stratton motor instead of Kawasaki, and it's 500 less. I like a Kawasaki in a mower, but $500 premium seems a bit much.

Lincoln, kinda...
Reseed your lawn to the short buffalo grass. Problem solved.

I mow about 3-4 times a year, and haven't really thought about getting my mower out of the barn yet.

I'm not sure how much I can add, other than when I bought my zero turn I wanted either a toro (also makes exmark) or JD. I only have an acre and a half, and plenty of tree rows, so the amount that i mow is probably around an acre. I ended up finding a lightly used JD z235, which is a residential grade 42", 20HP briggs engine with JD stickers on it. I've had it going on two years with no issues. I do wish the hydro's were a bit more responsive, but I get what I paid for. No regrets here. I'd buy that mower again, or look at something similar in a 48" or 54". It's a 2013 model, had 80 hours on it when i bought it, around 120 now.

How do the Husqvarna zero turns compare to the John Deere’s and others?

They're a different color. ;:;rofl

Sorry, had to. That's not one I've looked into.

Except that it looks like ass 90% of the year. I might as well just spray roundup on the whole thing.
To each their own, but I like a nice lawn.
