Minnesota Bear Baiting

Got 2 kids coming from " brown plate" country to hunt tonight.
Weather is perfect for bear movement.

What a great evening!
I sat with the boy and he shot the 3 Rd bear that came in.
Ran about 35 yards and tipped over with the famous death moan.
The father sat with his daughter and had a sow with Cubs come in. Fun to watch.
Almost got run over by a bear on the trail coming out.
Great fun the kids will remember.

How r the baits hitting where you hunt?

I swear I could go through a barrel each night on the few I have out. It's fricken crazy!
I I just sat in the truck from 6:10- 7:15 yesterday watching a cornfield edge and seen 18 bear in that time. Only one time ever I've seen such a parade.
